Carlos Elias Barraza Treviño is a talented musician hailing from Chihuahua, Mexico. With a bachelor’s degree in music education with an emphasis in voice from the University of Texas at El Paso, Carlos has demonstrated a commitment to the art of vocal performance. He is currently a graduate teaching assistant at Arizona State University, where he is pursuing a doctoral degree in Vocal Performance.

Carlos has a deep passion for art song, particularly in German and Spanish. His dedication to the craft has earned him numerous accolades and opportunities. He has also been a recipient of UTEP Voice Scholarships and the ASU School of Music Graduate Teaching Assistantship. As a music educator, Carlos has taught voice lessons at the undergraduate level and mentored high school students in the All-State choir process.
