Katherine Talley Matt hails from Tucson, Arizona, and Fairford, England, where she first began singing professionally at the age of nine. Her versatile five-octave voice has paved the way for her to perform in various venues throughout the United States and Europe. Her ability to switch from coloratura to belting in styles such as Opera, R&B, Gospel, Jazz, Pop, and Country has allowed her to share the stage with world-renowned artists and musicians.

Katherine received her Bachelor of Musical Arts degree and two master's degrees from Arizona State University. While living in Los Angeles, she focused on session singing and recording for demo songs, commercials, and movies, as well as recording background vocals for pop and gospel artists. She also has worked to expand her artistry to include more songwriting and arranging, as well as teaching voice lessons and musical coaching. 

Katherine has performed in numerous plays, operas, operettas, oratorios, and musicals, her most memorable being The Magic Flute, Hansel and Gretel, Suor Angelica, Gospel Mass, The Seven Last Words of Christ, Bye-Bye Birdie, and Little Shop of Horrors.

She can be heard in various movies and albums and commercials, including The Goods, Rango, The World is Just Awesome, Voices from Spoon River, Playground, The Generosity Water Project, and With God.
